Report the event to the ISO immediately.

If the ISO is not available, contact the secondary contact.

Do not discuss the security event with anyone outside of Core 12, LLC without permission from the ISO, COO, CCO, or CEO.

Follow-up with the incident response team if you have not received a resolution in 3-5 business days.
